Plan today for the home you want to live in tomorrow.
An Aging in Place Inspection evaluates your home for safety, accessibility, functionality, and potential modifications that can help you remain safely and comfortably in your home as your needs change.
Your home may work perfectly for you today, but will it still work for you five, ten, or fifteen years from now?
Structure Check LLC looks at the home from a building and safety perspective, identifying conditions that could become obstacles as mobility, balance, or accessibility needs change. We evaluate areas such as entrances, stairs, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, lighting, flooring, handrails, doorways, and other features that affect how safely and easily you move through your home.
Our Aging in Place Home Inspection focuses on practical improvements that can make your home safer and easier to use.

The purpose of an Aging in Place Assessment is to help you understand what your home may need as you get older.
Some improvements may need attention now. Others may be worth planning for. Some may not be necessary at all.
Our report helps separate those priorities so you can make informed decisions about your home instead of waiting until a problem forces you to make an expensive change.
Structure Check LLC provides Aging in Place Inspections throughout Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Whether you are planning to remain in the home you already own, helping an aging parent prepare their home, or considering the long-term suitability of a property, an Aging in Place Inspection can help you understand what the house may need to remain safe, functional, and comfortable.
Know what to fix. Know what to plan. Know what can wait.

Home Inspection • Aging in Place Inspection • Property Assessment

$349 Aging in Place Home Assessment
1.5 to 2 hours, full assessment and prioritized planning report.
$499 Aging in Place + Property Condition Assessment
Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, combining long-term accessibility planning with a full home inspection to evaluate the major building systems and deferred-maintenance issues that could affect the homeowner's ability to remain there. The home inspection report will help owners and managers keep properties market ready.
That $499 version interests customers the most because it differentiates us from an OT, organizer, handyman or remodeling salesperson. Our inspection background lets you answer a question many aging-in-place assessments don't:
"What does this house need so I continue living here, but what is this house going to need over the next 5, 10 and 15 years?"
That connects aging-in-place planning with property preservation, which is should be the top priority.
